Delivery and Return Policy
Core Principles
We adhere to the current provisions regarding consumer rights in service contracts according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, which grants the buyer the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt without penalties and without providing any reason. If 14 days have passed since the purchase (delivery), we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
If an online psychology service cannot be delivered due to various technical issues (such as internet outages or lack of mobile signal) caused by unforeseen circumstances, the amount paid in advance for the appointment will be fully refunded to the client, provided the service is not rescheduled by mutual agreement between the specialist and the client.
If the client cannot honor the scheduled date and time, he/she can reschedule the session at a later date without any additional cost, provided this is done at least 24 hours before the initial appointment.
The client may cancel the appointment without providing a reason if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone at 0775 394 911 or 0766 290 559. In this case, the amount paid by the client will be fully refunded.
If the client does not wish to attend the pre-booked services and does not notify us of their intention to cancel the online psychology service 24 hours in advance or fails to reschedule the session, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Service Provision
When a service is contracted, it may be delivered in the office at the specified address or online. The services are provided by the specialist chosen by the client and managed by Exipnos SRL, VAT number 37986127, phone numbers 0775 394 911 or 0766 290 559, email: contact@psihoaid.ro
Cost of Services
The costs of the contracted products/services are in line with the rates listed on the website.
Service Delivery Time
The delivery time is agreed upon between the specialist and the client and is set by mutual agreement.
Return Conditions
To initiate a return, you must register the return request online. Any return made without prior notice and processing will not be considered.
Review of Returned Products
We reserve the right to review and decide on the approval or denial of each return request individually.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 9 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, meaning you can cancel/return the product without justifying your decision.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must register the return request, providing the following information:
- Full name;
- Invoice number;
- If requesting a refund, the IBAN, account holder’s name, bank name, and bank address.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the following exceptions apply to the right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts: service contracts after the services have been fully provided.
Additionally, virtual products (such as online courses) or downloadable items (like MP3s, eBooks, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded, nor can vouchers (gift cards) be reimbursed.
For card payments processed via Netopia Payments, if services cannot be delivered, the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the client to purchase the services.
